The OGP’s Commercial Skills Academy is running its Public Capital Works Projects training programme in September, October, and November 2023.
Throughout the programme, you will gain an understanding of the key requirements and activities required in a public works project, including best practice approaches to apply throughout the entire lifecycle of the project.
Participants should have some background or understanding of managing projects.
