The Regulations amending the EU thresholds for the Directives 2014/23/EU, 2014/24/EU, 2014/25/EU, 2009/81/EC have now been published by the EU Commission. Build Digital and the OGP’s Commercial Skills Academy are hosting an in-person conference on the morning of Friday 17th of November at TU Dublin, Grangegorman Campus. This conference is for public sector clients to prepare for the Building Information Modelling (BIM) mandate for the design stage, of Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) projects, over €100m in January 2024.
